BENCCI does not ship on weekends or holidays, and all orders ship from Pannipitiya, Sri Lanka. You’ll receive a confirmation email—check your spam if not seen.
Due to high demand, items may become unavailable after ordering; refunds will be issued to your payment method, taking 5-10 business days to reflect.
Lost Packages: BENCCI is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once proof of delivery is confirmed. All risks are assumed by the courier.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include original tags and invoice. Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted.

Exchanges: We cover shipping for one exchange of the same style. For different styles, return for a refund and place a new order.
